10 Seconds to Calm
No matter what you are feeling right now, inhale deeply, and exhale completely. Just breathe. In thru your nose, feel your belly rise, count 1, 2, 3, 4, pause and exhale, humming for 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.

You see, breathing, can bring you ease, if only for a moment. Stillness, Breath and Peace. You can repeat these steps as many times as you like, and use the mantras, Stillness, Breath and Peace. May you be as light as the air around you and as still as you allow your mind to be.
